The link labeled "Saved Search" on the site mentioned under URL directs to http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/tip/en/html/userpreferences.html#savedsearches which cannot be found anymore [404]. 
(See paragraph 'Persistent Queries and how to Manage them')
seems the link is back, http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/tip/en/html/userpreferences.html#savedsearches works without a problem here.
