via private mail : "I think that i found the culprit as even in the safe mode of firefox the cpu started suddenly to run out of control with my usual windows open in firefox i started to switch on and off one by one the windows and I found out that the culprit url was the home page of myspace witout the "home" of myspace open firefox had 4,0 cpu use and with the "home" of myspace open the cpu use of firefox ran immediately up to allready 84 % so not having the "home" of myspace open in the background solves this cpu overload problem and saves temperature of my cpu and my fans do not need to work anymore in overdrive" I will mark this wfm, pages with many flash applets are using more CPU, that is not unusual.
