493591 - after seeking, video playback stops but audio continues

On my current trunk build, playback after seeking often breaks. No new video frames are drawn, no timeupdate events are fired, but audio continues playing (and eventually an "ended" event fires when the media's done). If I perform another seek while in this state, it will often start working again.

STR:

1) Open a video (file:// or on tinyvid), let it fully load
2) Start playback, if it wasn't |autoplay|
3) Click bar to seek to the 2/3 point of the video
4) Click bar to seek to the 1/3 point of the video
5) Lather, rinse, repeat 3 & 4. After doing this a couple of times it breaks.

The speed of doing steps 3 and 4 doesn't seem to matter. I can seek, let it resume playing for a bit, and the next seek may still fail.

I think something in roc's landing this afternoon fixed this, I can no longer reproduce in my updated build. Even when scrubbing very aggressively, things work quite well. Woo!
