The toggle buttons in the preferences Pane are not visible on Samsung Omnia in Portrait mode. There is not No way to change the Preferences without the buttons showing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Fennec on Omnia or a QVGA device in portrait mode
2.Check the preferences
3.Only the preferences text is visible not the buttons
Actual Results:  
buttons for changing the preferences should be visible.
Or atleast the Pane should be scrollable horizontally.

Attachment: Patch for the Preferences pane on low resolution devices

In this patch the browser.css for the wince theme imports low.css and high.css.
low.css is for the Low resolution devices like Omnia. 
CSS Media Queries are used for determining the width of the device and if the width is <= 400px, rules from the low.css get applied else high.css gets applied.

The prefbox is changed from xul:hbox to xul:box and the orientation and alignments are set as css styles.

verified FIXED on build: Fennec/1.0a3pre on WindowsCE 5.2 in portrait mode via the Omnia.
