If a user already has already favorited one of the collections on the firstrun page, it shouldn't be displayed there.
r26957.  This still only grabs the top 5 editor's picks.  I was going to remove the whole box if there weren't any unsubscribed collections but I think the "Get started with these collections | View All Collections ->" still works so I left it.

I can remove it if you want - if they've favorited that many collections they no longer need to get started.
