Note, when users click the contribute link from either the developer page or the listing page, they will get a pop-up that asks them if they want to donate the suggested amount or a different one:

Questions:

How do we want it to look with multiple developers? (sidebar, details table)

Where should the license info go?

What do we want to do about the detailed review page?  The only input difference is a Title, and there's a couple more review tips on the detailed page.
