Details

In order for Cesium not be be a target of ridicule, we should definitely make sure we achieve a ySlow score of 'A' on all pages. Extra bonus points for getting to 100.

Understandably we can't get 100 all the time (especially with differing hosting environments), but we should shoot for it.
