I set firefox 3.5b99 as system default browser. But I cannot open firefox using home page key on my multimedia keyboard. It does not happen on firefox 3.0.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Uninstall old version firefox. And install firefox 3.5b99 into "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox" directory.
2.Set firefox 3.5b99 as system default browser.
3.Close all browsers process (include IE).
4.Press home page key on multimedia keyboard.
Actual Results:  
IE will be opened.

Expected Results:  
Firefox should be opened.

My IE version is IE 8.0.
This bug cannot be duplicated today while I reboot my computer.
