The sentence under the "You’re now running Firefox 3.5." title should contain a link on the "latest and greatest version" words.
This link is non-existant on the whatsnew page for the cy locale.

Rhoslyn, in the sentence "Am resymau diogelwch, rydym yn argymell eich bod yn llwytho i lawr y fersiwn diweddaraf a'r gorau o" the part that says "latest and greatest version" should be the link.
