Details

We're looking to coordinate on puppet, and it would be great if he could push changes to this repository.

Namely, ssh://hg.mozilla.org/users/bhearsum_mozilla.com/puppet-manifets.
I'll have to think how to handle this one.

Once he has mercurial access, we shouldn't have to do anything else for this to happen.  Anyone with mercurial access can push to any user's repo unless explicitly restricted.  Go distributed development!

Note that Corey doesn't have access to any existing Mercurial repositories, so he doesn't get that automatic access. Can we set up him up with access to the repository listed in comment#0?
Reed tells me this is an impossible request due to both technical and policy limitations.
