using 8/22 build of netscape

1) launch netscape
2) launch composer
3) insert text

notice it looks bold...it should be normal text...

all platforms.
this is a regression and it's happening everywhere (not just editor).  the 
tinderbox page is a good example.

this is not just in editor, but this is in browser as well -- reassigning to

Not all fonts are affected; I haven't checked but I suspect it's just the
default font.  Cnn.com isn't affected.

I'm not seeing any problems with text defaulting to bold on WINNT with current 
build.
