The SeaMonkey team is releasing another security update, SeaMonkey 1.1.17 roughly in sync with Thunderbird 2.0.0.22, and once again, we'd like to have the main builds added to bouncer for downloads.

The files will be moved to the public dir on release day, but filing this in advance so that bouncer is ready when we go for it.
