Steps to Reproduce:

(1) Go to Viewer Demo 8 (Debug | Viewer Demos | #8 Form)
(2) Scroll down to the textbox and the "Browse..." button (next to which 
is "file content not being sent yet")
(3) Right click on the "Browse..." button

Note that the file picker appears, as if you had left clicked on it, instead of 
the normal button context menu appearing.
very low risk, fix in hand 
small fix to only let left button click come thru and get consumed.
