There will be WinCE builds, which will be more Netbooks rather than mobile devices. Current builds should be named WinMo/Windows Mobile.

I also took the opportunity to rename the tryserver build dirs. If this lands before the bug 496712 build dir renames, that patch will be obsoleted. This won't break any builds, but it'll make builds in progress disappear on reconfig, so it'll need to wait til try-master is quiet. Patch 1 of 2.
