Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Download any torrent. 2. Navigate to a couple of URLs, sometimes tend to be those that are heavier in html, java etc.

The CSS,JS files can not be loaded because your are hitting a timeout. Why should this be a Firefox bug ?

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.12 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
