Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the URL attached to the bug
2. Wait for the video to finish loading and begin playing the video.
3. Scroll to the left or right to "open" one of the sidebars.
4. Try to scroll out of the sidebar or scroll down.

Actual results:
Window can't scroll down or out of the sidebar.

Expected results:
Window should be able to scroll in and out of the sidebar and vertically freely.

This has been fixed, but I have no idea by what as there haven't been any changes made to video and sidebar interaction. Gavin, do you know what might have fixed this?
No idea. We've rewritten a bunch of the panning code since this was filed, though, so I think we can just call this WFM...
