Items in the IE Favorites submenu of the Personal Toolbar Bookmarks menu don't 
work properly -- instead they show a local .url file.  Caused by my fix for bug 
50008, so I'll fix.

Slamm is no longer around.  Assigning to Don for review of the patch.  Marking
