This change still doesn't seem like it's made it to production crash-stats; it's been about 50mins now :-(

Can you do a hard refresh?
I am able to double click the signature as well as select a portion of it.

It does work now (I had tried hard refreshes of the report and stylesheet, fresh profiles, and other browsers before I made comment 2 ;) ).  Maybe prorogation really takes longer than 10 minutes, or there's a caching issue somewhere between MoCo and me?
