User-Agent: Opera/9.80 (X11; Linux i686; U; en) Presto/2.2.15 Version/10.00
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.1b4pre) Gecko/20090401 Ubuntu/9.04 (jaunty) Shiretoko/3.5b4pre

As the page loads, first the correct favicon is shown (a red person), then after a moment it is replaced with generic one. It is probably related to a lot of AJAX blocks in the page.

I know there's a similar bug reported where frames are blamed, but this is not the case. There are a couple iframes in this page, too, but they do not cause the problem, because other pages with same iframes but no AJAX work flawlessly (e.g. http://clubs.ya.ru/mobilemaps/replies.xml?item_no=18067)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Just open the page and look at the favicon at the tab or in the address bar.
Also reproduces in Firefox/3.0.11.
Can you try in Firefox 3.5 final in safe mode?
Yes, just downloaded latest FF, safe mode, still reproduces.

On windows, reproduces too (I can ask people to check for specific versions, if needed).
Reporter, please retest with Firefox 3.6.12 or later in a fresh profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). Also update your plugins (flash, adobe reader, java, quicktime, silverlight, etc/) Go to the developer's website and download the latest version from there.
