If I create a named tag, change the column list of the tag, and then
add the tag to another bug, the column list is automatically reset
to what it was originally (default column list?).

I would expect the column list for the tag to remain unchanged.

1. Create a named tag
2. Change the column list associated with the tag
3. Add the tag to another bug
