Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.0.11) Gecko/2009060215 Firefox/3.0.11 (.NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.30618; .NET CLR 3.5.21022; .NET CLR 3.5.30729)

js files are not reloaded during a shift-refresh, or if you exit the browser and come back. It requires a forced cache clearing (Clear Private Data) to get js files to reload. Firefox cannot be checking for a new file timestamp on referenced js files or this couldn't happen. This dates back to the beginning of firefox, and is maddening when trying to debug.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Modify js file to add new function
2.
3.
Actual Results:
Function not found

Expected Results:
Function executes normally

Clear the cache when a server file date changes.
