After fixing bug 469654, js3250.dll will change to mozjs.dll. (For reason, see this bug) If using mozilla-central instead of mozilla-1.9.1, we have to consider it.

This should land on comm-central _and_ comm-1.9.1 with an additional ifdef for MOZILLA_1_9_2_BRANCH like done for /mail and /suite.
