User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; cs-CZ; rv:1.9.1) Gecko/20090630 Fedora/3.5-1.fc11 Firefox/3.5
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; cs-CZ; rv:1.9.1) Gecko/20090630 Fedora/3.5-1.fc11 Firefox/3.5

(originally from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=512312, but just a minor UI glitch remains)

It is not clear what kind of encoding method is currently in effect.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select View | Character Coding | Auto Detect | Japanese.
2.
3.
Actual Results:
There is some other random encoding still selected In View | Character Coding shortlist. I guess that hand-selected encoding there is not effective when Automatic one was selected, but UI leaves us in mystery and is confusing.

Expected Results:
Nothing should be marked as selected in the short list.
Severity: normal → minor
