black text appears to be rendered in white color

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w7itprogeneral/thread/8591ca36-3f9c-40e0-8248-f27109ee9228/
2.after the page loads, go to end of page

Actual Results:  
The text takes too many time to being rendered. sometimes, it take hours, or never render.

In other words, text is blank, but present

Expected Results:  
Text should be rendered in black

is possible to select the text, and copy and paste on notepad.

also, sometimes, the selected text, if dragued with the mouse, is dragued in black text, , and sometimes, after draging it, is immediately rendered
