Visited this page in Opera 9.5:

I get a white screen.  Then I tried entering the download link

http://download.mozilla.org/?product=fennec-1.0a2&os=winmo&lang=en-US

And it seemed to time out.  Weirdly both of these links work fine on a desktop browser.
This sounds more like a website problem
