The l10n team is having a work week this week in Berlin. Please increase the number of allowed IRC connections from 213.61.61.19 (or, if possible, the whole 213.61.61.16 - 213.61.61.23 range belonging to the hotel) to 10 connections.

I've allowed 10 connections from 213.61.61.19 on sand and gravel, lemme know in case you run into issues, and I'll add the other IPs as well.
