Details

Please QA the MCC's Member Profile "Edit" page.  This is basically a page where registered artists can edit the information displayed about them, including:

* Profile image / avatar
* Name
* Location
* Website
* Twitter ID
* Blurb about themselves
* Ability to change the email address associated with their account
* Ability to change their password

The latter two are sub-pages within this page.
