User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.1.2) Gecko/20090729 Firefox/3.5.2 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9.1.2) Gecko/20090729 Firefox/3.5.2 In this case, the Javascript link is to expand a blog post, allowing content 'after the fold' to be viewed without reloading the entire webpage. This seems to only have started happening after upgrading to 3.5.2. I keep lots of tabs open and don't generally restart Firefox often. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Load http://roomfordebate.blogs.nytimes.com/2009/08/06/when-travelers-take-too-many-risks/ 2. Try to expand any of the sections ("Read More") 3. Watch it not expand them Actual Results: The browser just seems to load endlessly, and the additional content is not expanded. Expected Results: The additional content should be added on to the existing content.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1.3pre) Gecko/20090808 Shiretoko/3.5.3pre This works fine for me. Some extensions can cause this. Please retest in safe-mode: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode Maybe the same extension as Bug 508996 ?
