The ctrl+tab preview always shows up on the primary monitor in a dual-screen setup, regardless of which screen the browser has been maximized on.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable ctrl+tab switcher
2. Press Ctrl+tab w/ >2 tabs open
Actual Results:  
Menu shows up on primary monitor, even though browser is maximized on secondary monitor.

Expected Results:  
Shown menu on screen that the browser window is.
