Need to check VM settings, host clock etc.
Originally thought this was just production-master, but also see it on cruncher and could well be more. Both are on bm-vmware01 right now.
Summary: Clock is 5 minutes slow on production-master → Clocks are wrong on several VMs
Phong: is this because of vmware tools problems on these VMs, or is there something else amiss?
cruncher does not have the option for "synchronize guest time with host" enabled.  this will require a shutdown to turn this.

secondly, bm-vmware01 and bm-vmware04's ntp service was stopped.  it is running now and time should be updated for production-master.
