I just installed the Test Pilot addon because I want to contribute and help the community as best as I can. The first thing I noticed is that it started flashing NEW and there was a survey listed, which I completed. However, I noticed that despite that, it keeps flashing NEW and shows the same item.

It would not only be more efficient but also the proper way to go, to have the items that are completed removed or stop flashing as new. This is more of an addon improvement. If for example this item ALWAYS flashes NEW and I checked it and 9/10 times there is nothing "REALLY" new there, I can see people stop checking and possibly missing things that need to be done or require attention.

I probably didn't give the most eloquent description or explanation but I am sure I made the point. However, if not, I'd be happy to elaborate. Thank you and I think its a great idea, hope it works out well and we get more of the community to get involved.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Addon
2. Wait a bit, maybe restart Fx once
3. See it flashing "NEW"
4. Complete and it still keeps doing it
