It's silly that beltzner has to go hunt someone down to add an approval1.9.2 flag to attachments.  We should give the man the bits to do that himself.

I _think_ he can be trusted.  He hasn't broken the tree in ages, and manages to ship browser releases and such...

He seems to have all the bits that would allow him to do that, such as mozilla-1.9-drivers, but maybe he needs security release team bits?

Yes, I mean add the flag, not set the flag.
editclassifications, editcomponents, editkeywords bits have been turned on. He should be all set.
