Details

Will write and post a stock "welcome" message to each project blog unless project leads write and submit their own.  I think Myk wants to for Snowl -- haven't heard from any other project leads yet.

This is done for all projects (and all test messages are deleted).  If project leads want a more exciting initial post, they can edit/replace 'em.  After I make accounts for them, which i will do shortly.
