User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.1.2) Gecko/20090803 Fedora/3.5.2-2.fc11 Firefox/3.5.2
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.1.2) Gecko/20090803 Fedora/3.5.2-2.fc11 Firefox/3.5.2

Opening a new window, either by
 File/New Window
  or
 firefox -remote "openFile(...,new-window)"
produces a new firefox window which does not inherit the toolbar customizations of its parent window. Also, settings for extensions are not inherited. This may have started when I began using 3.5.?.

Reproducible: Always
I see this problem too, however only with toolbar customizations. Extensions are available in all windows.
However, my customized toolbar is used only in the first firefox window opened. All subsequently opened windows show the default toolbar, without customizations.
If I close all windows, the first firefox I open after that uses the customized toolbar again.

At some point prior to 3.6.13 the problem went away.
Then this is WFM.
