steps to reproduce:
Go to http://mcc.stage.mozilla.com/people/gfox
Notice that the user doesn't have any user pic.Even the default profile pic is missing for this user.

Updating the Gravatar code to pull in the default user image when the user's gravatar email does not match a gravatar account or the gravatar account does not have an associated image.
