Details

we'd like to start running some automated unittests of Firebug against hourly Firefox builds with buildbot. The results should report to a tinderbox page with the goal of eventually adding a column to the main Firefox Tinderbox pages.

For initial deployment, a Linux installation with the RelEng Centos5 refplatform image should be adequate. We should have about 1GB of memory since it'll be running as both master and subordinate on the same machine and have about 20GB of space available on a separate /build drive. The machine can live in the QA network for now.

I think that's it!

The QA ESX is pretty loaded right now. Should this live on the BUILD ESX host?
should/could it? Build's is a little more restricted. I see joduinn is here, what do you think about having a VM in living in your world that accesses an external SVN host?
qm-firebug01 10.2.73.220.

joduinn: please scrub this VM before handing off.

Sorry, missed this in bugmail. I see this VM is on the QA hosts, so I assume all is good there?

(i'll start scrubbing the VM now - stay tuned)
