After clicking Add Web part and selecting a web part in the window clicking Add closes the window but does not update the main Sharepoint page with the selected web part. This works fine in pre-3.5 versions of Firefox.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Sharepoint 2007 page
2. Click Edit page or Personalize page
3. Click Add Web Part on any column
4. Select any web part (Links for example)
5. Click Add button
6. Observe no changes to the main Sharepoint page
Actual Results:  
Nothing - web part not added

Expected Results:  
Web part added

This works fine in pre-3.5 versions of Firefox

Reporter, are you still seeing this issue with Firefox 3.6.12 or later in safe mode? If not, please close. These links can help you in your testing.

Also, please consider using the most recent Firefox 4 beta build, your bug may be resolved there.

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.13 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
