We have grown in number of locales in the past year and all new locale folders on mozilla.com (https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.com/trunk/ab-CD) should be accessible to people in the @localizer group.


I do not have a precise list of repos currently accessible to localizers, so here is our current list of locales:

I've checked all theses locales and added the missing one.
Also cleaned up and added @localizers where it was needed.
