steps to reproduce:
1.Log into your MCC admin account.
2.Go to http://mcc.stage.mozilla.com/admin/challenges
3.Select any challenge from the drop-down list(eg:Challenge Number Two)
4.Set design-177 as winner 1-5
5.Click-"Edit this change"

expected result:
A design should not be allowed to win more than one among the five prizes in the same challenge

actual result:
The same design was successfully set to win the 1st,2nd,3rd and runner up prizes for the "Challenge Number Two" designer challenge.

Duplicate winners cannot be entered anymore.  Will throw an error and auto-remove the duplicate.
