Spin off from bug 500239. This bug is about improving the approach of enabling the "log in" button through webroot/silent_session_start_ajax.php http://viewvc.svn.mozilla.org/vc/projects/sumo/trunk/webroot/silent_session_start_ajax.php?view=log

We need to investigate how this gets enabled and see if it's okay to have it enabled by default and get rid of the ajax script.
