Spin off from bug 487598, see comment 38-42.

This bug is about syncing staging and approved articles w.r.t Additional categories. Currently, from bug 487598, only articles and their translations are synced, but not their not-connected (not listed on tiki-edit_translation.php) staging counterparts.
