Details

Some live chat transcripts are longer than the limit of the mysql 'text' field, so 'longtext' should be used instead.  Currently, the logs from chats that exceed the maximum text length are not stored.

I'm WONTFIXing this, since we don't have Live Chat at the moment and even if we decide to have one in the future it would be using different technology.
