The mac installer should not show the license. There's no need to.

* Blocks bug 49843, because this is one of the inconsistencies of the installer
  between platforms.
* If fixed, would make bug 18904, bug 50483, and bug 50484 nsonly (at least,
nsonly for as long as there are no other software packages on Mac which use the
Mozilla installer to install themselves and which *do* need to show a license).

what if we replace the license with a readme (or something more useful)
Sure. Gimme a readme and I'll stick it in there.
mitchell says we do need a license in there. i was wrong. adding her to this bug.
So we need a license in the Mac but not on Win32?
Also, dont just add a readme to the Mac. If you add a readme file to the Mac
installer the same readme should be added to the Win32 and Unix installer!
we need a license in all 3 if possible.
So, per Asa/Mitchell, this bug is invalid. The license already exists in the
Linux and Mac installers.
