While downloading file (from Megaupload this time) downloader used whole bandwidth of my internet conenciton. It caused all other internet aplication to stop work untill downloading the file was finished or aborted. By all aplications I also ment FireFox itself - could not load any page.
It seemed to me just like my connection died with expection of downloader.
The second file download was finished everything were back to normal.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find good server that will allow you to use whole bandwidth of your connection - mostly like your computer has to be directly connected to internet (not via ruter/server)
2. start dowloading file
3. while file dowloads check if whole bandwith is used if so then try to use some internet communicator or browse some webs
Actual Results:
exacly what i said in "details" session

togather with firefox i also had Gadu-Gadu(Polish communicator) and Utorrent running both were affected by bug.
What is your bandwith? Are you using any extensions like down them all? try in safe mode.
works for me - saturated connection by downloading several Linux ISOs was able to visit several sites that were not in the cache.
My bandwith is 1.2 Mega byte per second (actual speed).
I am not using any extensions but if this bug happens only for me ill have to check my network yet, nothing was changed with it since long time ago and bug happens since last or last two FF versions.
l_arix, do you still see this issue?
