1. Log in as an admin or locale leader.
2. Go to <https://support-stage.mozilla.org/tiki-user_preferences.php>, and set your language to something other than English.
3. Turn on the interactive translator by going to <https://support-stage.mozilla.org/tiki-edit_languages.php?interactive_translation_mode=on>
4. Try to translate any string in the UI by clicking on the small circle to the right of the string.

The interactive translator pop-up will appear with a 404 page.

Looks like something in the URL:

If I remove the nl/kb/ from the URL it works.

Sounds like a bug with our local .htaccess rules. Not sure what to do with those bugs, so marking sumo_triage for now.
Whiteboard: sumo_triage
This was a bug with the URL, not the .htaccess files. We just needed to add {$tikiroot} to the beginning of the URL.
