The attached image has no transparent pixels but it is stored as an RGBA PNG.  If it is truly opaque, then it should be stored as RGB.

Since bugzilla-tm.png mentioned in comment #1 has transparency, probably what is really wanted is a transparent version of the proposed new one.  David, can you redo the image with a transparent background, while maintaining the opacity of the whites of the eyes?
