Assigning a theme to a category is done via <https://mobile.support-stage.mozilla.org/tiki-theme_control.php?locale=en-US>. For individual pages, click on the "Control by Objects" link.

If anyone here has an admin account, could you take bug 518609.

James, can you take a look at this ASAP?  If you look at 
http://mobile.support-stage.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/
you'll see the wrong title and header...and chizu says staging is up to date on the fennec branch:

I now see "Firefox Help for Mobile" as the <title> and 
Firefox Help for Mobile

Verified FIXED on https://mobile.support-stage.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Firefox+Help+for+Mobile -- the /kb/ redirect we tested today is now fixed.
