craigcook@gmail.com is his LDAP. I've handed a hard copy of the agreement to Erica. He needs access to mozilla.com for mobile page development and addons as well. So he needs access for: http://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.com/ http://svn.mozilla.org/addons/ Let me know if you have any questions.

craigcook@gmail.com is his LDAP. can you confirm that he's using that account?

This was because my SSH key had been generated with a passphrase, but the SVN client I was using wasn't prompting for the phrase. This meant I could never successfully authenticate and the connection eventually timed out. But I've since corrected it and everything's working smoothly.
