He needs access to mozilla.com for mobile page development and addons as well.

craigcook@gmail.com is his LDAP.  can you confirm that he's using that account?
This was because my SSH key had been generated with a passphrase, but the SVN client I was using wasn't prompting for the phrase. This meant I could never successfully authenticate and the connection eventually timed out. But I've since corrected it and everything's working smoothly.
