The following string is encoded wrong: http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n-mozilla-1.9.1/he/annotate/7c19e07aa651/mail/chrome/messenger/messengercompose/composeMsgs.properties#l233 ## LOCALIZATION NOTE(smtpEnterPasswordPromptWithUsername): Do not translate the ## words %1$S and %2$S. Place the word %1$S where the host name should appear, ## and %2$S where the user name should appear. smtpEnterPasswordPromptWithUsername=הכנס סיסמה עבור %2$S בשרת %1$S: The strings '%2$S' and '%1$S' have been split by the words in between.

I am not sure if this bug is valid. Since this string is in Hebrew, you'll have to change the direction of the string in order to see it right. Take the above string (It is okay to copy the whole line), and paste it in any input field (I use the browser location bar for such experiments). Than click Ctrl-Shift-X (Mac: Accel+Shift+X) in order to flip direction, and you should see the string as expected but aligned to the other side.

Yeah, sorry you are right, I was caught out by the right-to-left of the string.
