When viewing text file, it is displayed as html code with extra tags like
text file display as html with code "<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><body xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><pre> ... </pre>"

We need to "view source" to see real file with good formating (carriage return, ...)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. view any web page which is a txt file
2.
3.
Actual Results:
formating is not good
file is displayed as modified with extra html tags

Expected Results:
display txt file like any text editor

Example took from google (filetype:txt)
